Capabilities

What Theo does

Handles every inbound call, resolves what it can, and escalates with full context when a human is needed.

Picks up in under a second.

While your competitors are putting customers on hold, Theo is already three exchanges deep into the conversation.

Trained on your business.

Theo learns your services, your hours, your pricing, your common questions. Not generic answers. Your answers.

Knows when to escalate.

Theo solves what it can and hands off what it cannot, with the full call context transferred to your team.

Always on.

Nights, weekends, holidays. Same response. Same quality. No staffing, no overflow lines, no voicemail.

Kehinde, Founder of Damascene Labs

Why Theo exists.

I started Damascene Labs after spending forty minutes on the phone with a telecom company that transferred me five times and never solved my problem. I am a software engineer. I knew the technology to fix this existed. Nobody had built it for the businesses that need it most.

Theo is a voice AI agent for service businesses that live on the phone. The plumbers, dentists, property managers, and dispatchers whose entire revenue is one phone call away. Every missed call is a customer they will never see again. I built Theo so that does not have to happen.

I am building Damascene Labs solo, in New York City, in 2026. I share progress publicly. If Theo could matter to your business, write to me at hello@damascenelabs.com.
